Comfor Hotel Ulm City

This place suits me perfectly, offering excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and express check-in/out. I still remember the staff helping me return my headphones on my first visit. Don't miss the delicious breakfast! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Nothing too much trouble, overall it's extremely convenient place with really helpful staff at the reception desk. Plus, the location is magnificent, minutes from Town Hall Ulm. Thank you very much, I will be back, liked this hotel...

The location is great, very near the Muenster and the heart of the city, as well as the train station (easy walk even with luggage, if you can pull your suitcase on wheels). There are many shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, including the budget chain Netto, which is open until 9 p.m. If you arrive later, do your shopping for water and snacks at the train station! Breakfast was good, wifi strong and reliable. The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable!

The room (and the whole hotel) was very hot! I had to keep the windows open until I went to bed, and there was no way to control the temperature in the room otherwise. Currently the hotel is undergoing partial renovation, with many rooms being refurbished, floor carpets replaced, etc. This comes with some noise that starts around 7:30, so be aware of that if you plan to sleep late!

Great bathtub as well as a shower. Nice large room in a modern hotel with BBC on the TV. Quiet with good bed.

Getting luggage up to the room is not easy. Parking under the hotel requires you to navigate several doors with narrow halls and stairs to get your luggage up.

Direct access frm basement parking to the hotel. Rooms are quite when windows closed. Facility very compfortable, functional and clean. No unnecessary luxury. Free WiFi working perfectly and easy login to the network. Breakfast room very pleasant atmosphere. Personnel very cooperative and English speaking. Quality of Breakfast. Location: City Centre, many restaurants and bars nearby.

Breakfast buffet choice could be better.

Immaculately clean hotel with smart and excellent staff and wonderful location next to the city centre of Ulm, Ulmer cathedral and cafes.

Spacious, clean and tidy room with a large (~44") LCD TV. Quiet street outside. Also there are drug store and supermarket nearby. 5min walk to Ulm Muenster and the central shopping street.

The hotel is charming and conveniently located just a short walk from the city center. Rooms are spacious and well-furnished, but they could get a bit warm without air conditioning. Breakfast was decent, although I found the lack of variety somewhat disappointing.

We were given apartments instead of double rooms, which was brilliant. Great location. Good staff (apart from one complaint below). Laundry available for guests.

Our bikes were stored in the laundry, which was only just satisfactory. After leaving, we found we had been charged in Australian dollars, without being asked. This will cost us more than 6 euros, compared to paying in euros. The credit card docket says that "cardholder has chosen to pay in AUD", which is not correct.

Easy check in and check out. Helpful reception staff. Free internet and inexpensive self service launderette (3 euros) in basement and a good breakfast all make this a good hub for doing business in Ulm. Location for local attractions and restaurants is excellent

Miss not having a kettle with tea and coffee and an iron/trouser press in the in the room would ahve been helpful. Some street noise audible when windows open during warmer evenings.

It is well located near the old town and near the Strassenbahn. Breackfast is good with a good choice and the price of the breaskfast is very reasonable.

The fridge in the room is connected to the room electricity which is activated by the room card. When the room card is removed, the fridge turns off and stays off the whole day...
